That letter seriously makes me want to find the person who wrote it and punch them in the face. Oh well. Keep up the good work! You rock!

That aside, I'm curious to know what you wrote in your letters to them. Show us those letters! What were your questions?
As for the letter itself: I like funny names, and "Target Corporation Corporate Compliance organization" is a funny name.
I also like that they wrote "Just log onto the Internet."
I know it must be frustrating to write a letter and get a form-like letter back. I don't know if you've done this, but you might find it more fruitful to write to a specific person at the company who works on the area you have questions about. Well, I guess they'll still refer you to the PR dept--but if you have more technical questions about the program, you might elicit a more specific response.
