i just ran and thought of you.
there needs to be some sort of invention that makes water available while you drink.
not too many Dairy Queens to stop at in Bangs, and the cows are no help whatsoever.

sometimes my Nano feels too heavy. and don't get me started on sweatpants.
I carry a lot while I am running. My ipod is on my arm, keys in one hand, and water in the other.
